Karan, who is most known for his work on web series and television, recently spoke about his experience in the film business.
Karan said, “Yes, there was Bollywood work, but there were times when the films didn’t materialize,” in an interview with the Indian Express. Ultimately, I just don’t want to make a movie purely for the sake of doing a movie. While seeing oneself on a 70mm film is entertaining, I would much rather have a modest but significant role on TV than to just exist on the screen and feed my ego by being in a motion picture.

He continued by emphasizing that although there should be enough work to do in the movie, it’s not like he doesn’t want to work. When a screenplay is presented to us, we all want to know what we are doing. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the largest movie, producer, or director—if I don’t have a significant part in it, I won’t be offered anything afterwards. It’s not like no one wants to work, which is why it hasn’t been pursued,” the actor said.

“The audience is shifting and returning to a character repeatedly.”

In addition to discussing his love of movies, Karan discussed the evolving Indian audience and reiterated his belief that over-the-top content is the way of the future. “The Indian audience is used to revisiting a figure again. Regretfully, there are rules you have to follow while watching TV. OTT defies such expectations. I think the future lies with OTT. Regretfully, we validate certain platforms, and that standard has to be entirely altered,” he said.

Concerning Raisinghani vs. Raisinghani

The main actors in Raisinghani Vs. Raisinghani are Jennifer Winget and Karan Wahi. The focus of the program is on the lives of two attorneys who, although having quite different working styles, get enmeshed in complex moral quandaries and the difficulty of making the correct decision.
